  • First, many companies are offshoring call center operations due to intense cost pressures
  • Second, and importantly, the call center industry remains alive and well in the U.S.
  • Many companies are right-sizing their operations to open up small town (under 100,000 population) opportunities
  • Smaller communities often have adequate labor supply at relatively low cost
