An extraordinary project manager, Thomas Tucker co-founded Response Design Corporation^® in 1989 and is responsible for its sales, marketing, operations, and strategic partnerships. His completed projects include the integration of computer hardware with management processes for a large steel company, the implementation of training in a major pharmaceutical firm, and the transformation of call centers in several large financial institutions. His customer-contact knowledge and network of resources gives our clients the peace of mind that their efforts are fully supported.

Thomas has extensive operational and call center experience. Prior to co-founding Response Design, he served as marketing manager for the Xerox Corporation and was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Operations at Computer Input Systems Incorporated (CISI). In addition, Thomas has been the Vice President and Regional Director of Teknekron Infoswitch Corporation, a computerized telecommunications equipment manufacturer.
